Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
Dissatisfaction with Results: If you are unsatisfied with the final restoration or colorization, contact us through our form within 7 days of receiving your completed project.
Order Errors: If there was an error in processing your order due to our mistake.
Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver the finished service within the promised timeframe.
Refund Options
Full Refund: Offered for eligible issues if we are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Revisions: As an alternative to a refund, we are happy to provide free revisions to address your concerns.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
Your order number.
A brief explanation of the issue.
(Optional) Attach the original and completed images, if applicable, for reference.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Exclusions
Refunds are not provided for:
Issues related to low-quality or unsuitable files provided by the customer.
Orders where free revisions have been accepted.
Payment of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
